Lunch:  Light & Fit Greek - Blueberry, Boom Chicka Pop. Dinner:  Ahi Tuna Steak, Gluten Free Ciabatta Rolls, Unsweetened Mixed Fruit, Parsnips, Brussells Sprouts, Premium Petite Asparagus Spears. Snacks/Other:  Frozen Yogurt Chocolate Fudge (TCBY), Sugar Free Metamucil, 90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Chip Cookie.
