Lunch:  6" Oven Roasted Chicken Breast, Apples. Dinner:  Avocados, Beef Brisket, Blackberries, Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled), Light & Fit Greek - Strawberry, Ready to Serve Brown & Wild Rice, Strawberries, Turkey Breast Meat (Fryer-Roasters). Snacks/Other:  Arctic Zero Ice Cream Bar, Light String Cheese, Snack Bars - Peanut Butter (100 Calorie), Walnuts.
