Lunch: Bananas, Broccoli, Chicken Breast, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Orzo, White Sauce (Medium). Dinner: Beer, broccoli fritters, orange. Snacks/Other: Apples, Cream Wafers, Oranges, Sweet or Dark Chocolate.
