Fat: 97.08g | Prot: 89.53g | Carb: 389.33g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Reduced Fat Milk, Dried Cranberries, Bananas, Müsli, Joghurt 0.1% fat, Succo Arancia Rossa. Lunch:  Orzo, Chicken Breast, Broccoli, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, White Sauce (Medium), Bananas. Dinner:  Beer, broccoli fritters, orange. Snacks/Other:  Oranges, Apples, Cream Wafers, Sweet or Dark Chocolate.
