Fat: 97.08g | Prot: 89.53g | Carb: 389.33g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Dried Cranberries, Joghurt 0.1% fat, Müsli, Reduced Fat Milk, Succo Arancia Rossa. Lunch:  Bananas, Broccoli, Chicken Breast, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Orzo, White Sauce (Medium). Dinner:  Beer, broccoli fritters, orange. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Cream Wafers, Oranges, Sweet or Dark Chocolate.
