Lunch:  Green & Crisp Lettuce with Iceberg and Romaine, Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt, Salad Additions Southwest-Style Chicken. Dinner:  Almond Toffee, Crab Cake, Green Snap Beans (Frozen), Sweet Potato Fries, Ultra Light Beer.
