Fat: 56.67g | Prot: 85.97g | Carb: 222.71g.   Breakfast:  Oranges, Oats, Bananas, Multigrain Bread, Cheddar Cheese, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified). Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Skim or Nonfat Milk (0.5% or Less Butterfat), Spinach, Yellow Whole Grain Corn Meal, Olive Oil, Oats, Cabbage, Chicken Breast Meat. Dinner:  Miso Soup, Firm Silken Tofu, Egg, Broccoli, Sugar. Snacks/Other:  Mixed Nuts, Honey.
