Lunch: Cabbage, Cheddar Cheese, Chicken Breast Meat, Oats, Olive Oil, Skim or Nonfat Milk (0.5% or Less Butterfat), Spinach, Yellow Whole Grain Corn Meal. Dinner: Broccoli, Egg, Firm Silken Tofu, Miso Soup, Sugar. Snacks/Other: Honey, Mixed Nuts.
