Fat: 91.37g | Prot: 107.06g | Carb: 174.01g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Real Eggs, smart balance cooking spray, Fat Free italian Sweet Creme Liquid, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen) , Feta Cheese . Lunch:  Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Beef Top Round (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Prime Grade) , Feta Cheese , Lite Honey Mustard Dressing. Dinner:  French Bread, Chicken Picata Pasta, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate Bar with Almonds, Navels Oranges, Fat Free italian Sweet Creme Liquid, Fudge Stripes Dark Chocolate Cookies, Potato Chips.
