Fat: 72.84g | Prot: 121.29g | Carb: 197.37g.   Breakfast:  Pineapple, Cantaloupe Melons, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch:  Beef Steak, Chicken Breast in Creamy Tomato Sauce, White Rice, Puerto Rican Style Stewed Red Beans with Pig's Feet, Eggplant Parmesan Casserole. Dinner:  Pad Thai with Chicken & Shrimp, Grilled Piquillo Peppers, Shrimp. Snacks/Other:  Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice.
