Fat: 88.45g | Prot: 86.42g | Carb: 272.10g.   Breakfast:  Minis Chocolate Chip, Low Fat Milk. Lunch:  weat bread subway, beef, cheddar, multigrain chips, lettuce. Dinner:  rice, beef, tuna, mayonnaise, walnut, olive oil. Snacks/Other:  Brownie, Multigrain Chips, Crunchy Granola Bars - Apple Crisp, Pick Up, banana, chocolate english cake.
