Fat: 101.65g | Prot: 152.34g | Carb: 71.00g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Breakfast Sausage, Country Style Pork Sausage, Egg White, Onions, Sweet Red Peppers, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Lunch:  Real Mayonnaise, Sweet Pickle Relish, Tongal Tuna. Dinner:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken, Vegan Margherita Pizza. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chips, Oatmeal, Raw Protein, SunButter, Unsweetened Flax Milk.
