Lunch:  Nectarines , Three Cheese Penne. Dinner:  Avocados , Black Beans, Instant Brown Rice, Light Vanilla Soymilk, Pinot Gris (Grigio) Wine . Snacks/Other:  TLC Chewy Granola Bars - Dark Mocha Almond.
