Fat: 24.89g | Prot: 133.20g | Carb: 218.85g.   Breakfast:  banana, body fortress, Oikos Fruit on The Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Black Cherry. Lunch:  panda express spring rolls, Progresso Light Chicken Noodle. Dinner:  chicken breast low fat, cooked brown rice. Snacks/Other:  goldfish, low fat butter, natures own thin sliced bagels, peanut butter low fat, sugar free jelly .
