Fat: 16.14g | Prot: 116.51g | Carb: 110.39g.   Breakfast:  peanut butter, cocoa, oatmeal, dried plums. Lunch:  apple, smoked chicken breast, curd, yoghurt, cherry tomato, cooked chicken breast, sauerkraut. Dinner:  whey, banana, milk, rice cake.
