Fat: 70.18g | Prot: 68.60g | Carb: 308.41g.   Breakfast:  Apples & Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal, Original Sweet & Spicy Caffeine Free Herb Tea. Lunch:  Chicken Rice, Omega Trek Mix with Omega Fortified Cranberries. Dinner:  Carrots , Classic Guacamole, Extra Lean Ground Turkey, Multi-grain Crackers, Onions , White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin) . Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chips, Chocolate Muffin Mix, Milk (Nonfat), Tortilla Corn Chips.
