Fat: 68.13g | Prot: 89.03g | Carb: 150.74g.   Breakfast:  Fruit on the Bottom Low Fat Yogurt - Dutch Apple Pie, Bananas, jif peanut butter. Lunch:  nature's own butter bread, publix mayo, Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast, publix slice cheese. Dinner:  boneless chicken breast publix, cream cheese, diced jalapenos, Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), sour cream daisy, publix shredded cheese. Snacks/Other:  Gripz Grahams Cracker Cinnamon.
