Fat: 27.61g | Prot: 74.77g | Carb: 276.44g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Dried Cherries, Joghurt 0.1% fat, Müsli, Reduced Fat Milk, Succo Arancia Rossa. Lunch:  Apples, Ciabatta, Ciabatta, Dry Whole Wheat Pasta, Körniger Frischkäse Light, Tonno al Naturale, Tonno Per Pasta. Dinner:  Apples, Asparagus, Egg Omelet, Oranges, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Aranciata, Coffee with Sugar.
