Fat: 27.61g | Prot: 74.77g | Carb: 276.44g.   Breakfast:  Succo Arancia Rossa, Dried Cherries, Joghurt 0.1% fat, Müsli, Reduced Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch:  Tonno Per Pasta, Tonno al Naturale, Dry Whole Wheat Pasta, Körniger Frischkäse Light, Ciabatta, Apples, Ciabatta. Dinner:  Asparagus, Egg Omelet, Oranges, Apples, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Coffee with Sugar, Aranciata.
