Fat: 44.08g | Prot: 82.38g | Carb: 197.27g.   Breakfast:  Mixed Nuts, Original Tofu. Lunch:  Pumpkin, Eggplant, Brown Rice, Kidney Beans (without Salt, Cooked, Boiled). Dinner:  Yellow Whole Grain Corn Meal, Apples, Skim or Nonfat Milk (0.5% or Less Butterfat), Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Bon O Bon Suave, Mixed Nuts.
