Fat: 104.21g | Prot: 128.22g | Carb: 163.92g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Egg Yolk, Cream Cheese, White Bread. Lunch:  Chocolate Whey Protein Powder, Bananas, Milk (Nonfat), Chicken Soup, Snack Cracker, Peanut Butter, Mozzarella Cheese. Dinner:  Ground Turkey, Olive Oil, Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Chip Cookie, Native Persimmons.
