Fat: 97.05g | Prot: 111.91g | Carb: 169.08g.   Breakfast:  Cheddar Cheese , smart balance cooking spray, Real Eggs, Coffee, LOL WHIPPED LIGHT TOPPING . Lunch:  lite honey mustard, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Tomatoes, Feta Cheese, baked chicken, orange. Dinner:  Beef Top Round (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Prime Grade), Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Feta Cheese, Raspberry Vinaigrette, Lentil Soup. Snacks/Other:  Special Dark Chocolate Miniatures, Cheese Crackers with Peanut Butter (39g Package), torta roll, Cheddar Cheese .
