Fat: 97.05g | Prot: 111.91g | Carb: 169.08g.   Breakfast:  Cheddar Cheese , Coffee, LOL WHIPPED LIGHT TOPPING , Real Eggs, smart balance cooking spray. Lunch:  baked chicken, Feta Cheese, lite honey mustard, orange, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Tomatoes. Dinner:  Beef Top Round (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat, Prime Grade), Feta Cheese, Lentil Soup, Raspberry Vinaigrette, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen). Snacks/Other:  Cheddar Cheese , Cheese Crackers with Peanut Butter (39g Package), Special Dark Chocolate Miniatures, torta roll.
