Fat: 108.93g | Prot: 101.39g | Carb: 340.34g.   Breakfast:  butter, cheddar, egg, subway weat bread, turkey. Lunch:  fat free cheddar, Grilled Chicken, mayonnaise, Toasted White Bread. Dinner:  beef, olive oil, rice, turkey, whole wheat toast. Snacks/Other:  banana, canderel, chocolate english cake, Cranberry Omega 3 Flaxseed Cookies, Crunchy Granola Bars - Apple Crisp, multigrain chips, Pick Up, popcorn.
