Fat: 108.93g | Prot: 101.39g | Carb: 340.34g.   Breakfast:  subway weat bread, egg, butter, turkey, cheddar. Lunch:  Toasted White Bread, Grilled Chicken, mayonnaise, fat free cheddar. Dinner:  rice, beef, olive oil, whole wheat toast, turkey. Snacks/Other:  Cranberry Omega 3 Flaxseed Cookies, Crunchy Granola Bars - Apple Crisp, Pick Up, multigrain chips, banana, canderel, popcorn, chocolate english cake.
