Fat: 64.99g | Prot: 172.69g | Carb: 72.75g.   Breakfast:  Raw Protein, Unsweetened Flax Milk. Lunch:  Bacon, Real Mayonnaise, Sweet Pickle Relish, Tongal Tuna. Dinner:  Baked or Fried Batter Dipped Onion Rings, Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Breast Skinless (Coating Eaten), Broccoli, Ketchup, Lean Ground Turkey. Snacks/Other:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, Buckwheat, Cheddar Style Shreds, Raw Protein, Unsweetened Flax Milk.
