Lunch:  White Rice, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned) , Atlantic Cod , Cheesecake , Pork Loin (Tenderloin, Lean Only). Dinner:  Budweiser Beer, Tonic Water , Gin (90 Proof) , Budweiser Beer.
