Fat: 43.90g | Prot: 113.45g | Carb: 329.60g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Reduced Fat Milk, Müsli, Joghurt 0.1% fat, Dried Cherries, Succo Arancia Rossa. Lunch:  Bananas, Arrosto di Fesa di Tacchino, Ciabatta. Dinner:  Ciabatta, Arrosto di Fesa di Tacchino, Minestrone Soup (Home Recipe), Vanilla Yogurt (Lowfat). Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Dried Cherries, Milk Chocolate Candies, Sahne-Pudding Bourbon Vanille.
