Fat: 127.26g | Prot: 108.15g | Carb: 69.90g.   Lunch:  Egg, Tinned sardines. Dinner:  Honey, Jerky, Mozzarella, Raspberries, Tomato, Yoghurt. Snacks/Other:  almond flour, bana, Butter, coconut oil, milk, mixed nuts.
