Fat: 41.60g | Prot: 57.74g | Carb: 202.48g.   Breakfast:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, Fried Egg, Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Giant White Beans in Tomato Sauce (Fasolia Gigantes), Green Snap Beans (Frozen) , Minced Garlic, Mushrooms , Organic Whole Baby Asparagus, Spearmint , Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Original Pepper Sauce, Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  Baby Carrots , Cherry Tomatoes, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Quinoa pudding.
