Dinner:  Plain Pancakes, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned), Olive Oil, Mayonnaise, Chicken Thigh, Chicken Drumstick. Snacks/Other:  90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Chip Cookie.
