Fat: 97.94g | Prot: 53.07g | Carb: 218.81g.   Breakfast:  Cream Cheese , Plain Bagel. Lunch:  Fried Floured or Breaded Fish, Indian Flatbread Naan, Miso Soup, Pastry filled with Potatoes and Peas (Fried). Dinner:  Broccoli, Lamb, Mayonnaise, Plain Paratha. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Cranberry Crunch Trail Mix, Chocolate Wafer Cookie, Halvah, Oats and Flax Instant Oatmeal, Speculoos Cookie Butter.
