Fat: 105.27g | Prot: 102.62g | Carb: 265.57g.   Breakfast:  Quick Two-Egg Breakfast. Lunch:  100% Natural Whole Wheat Bread, Extra Chunky Peanut Butter, Pure Clover Honey. Dinner:  Haagen Dazs Cups Dulce de Leche Cup, lean ground beef, Low Fat Cottage Cheese, romaine, tomato. Snacks/Other:  Bananas , Multigrain Cereal Bars - Blueberry, Strawberries .
