Lunch:  High Protein Shake - Vanilla, Homestyle Orange Juice, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Sliced Peaches. Dinner:  Beef Steak, Chinese Fried Rice, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cooked Asparagus (Fat Added in Cooking), Cooked String Beans (Fat Added in Cooking), Crab Soup, Fried Calamari, Fried Pork, Lemon Herb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Original Powder Creamer. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Berry Pie (Individual Size or Tart), cajun corn sticks, Chocolate Deluxe High Protein Bar (Small), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Jalapeno String Cheese, Latte Coffee, Oreo Cheesecake (7"), Original Powder Creamer.
