Lunch:  Homestyle Orange Juice, High Protein Shake - Vanilla, Sliced Peaches, Natural Creamy Peanut Butter. Dinner:  Lemon Herb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Original Powder Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Fried Pork, Beef Steak, Chinese Fried Rice, Cooked Asparagus (Fat Added in Cooking), Cooked String Beans (Fat Added in Cooking), Fried Calamari, Crab Soup. Snacks/Other:  cajun corn sticks, Chocolate Deluxe High Protein Bar (Small), Jalapeno String Cheese, Almonds, Original Powder Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Latte Coffee, Oreo Cheesecake (7"), Berry Pie (Individual Size or Tart).
