Fat: 78.88g | Prot: 91.24g | Carb: 226.95g.   Breakfast:  Orange Juice (Bottled or in a Carton, Canned), French Vanilla Cappuccino (Medium), Sausage Breakfast Wrap. Lunch:  Pulled Pork Sandwich, Ginger Ale (Can). Dinner:  Smooth Multigrain, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), Green Peas, Baked or Fried Batter Dipped Onion Rings. Snacks/Other:  Rum, Coca-Cola Zero (Can), Cordial or Liqueur, Pinot Gris (Grigio) Wine.
