Fat: 78.21g | Prot: 70.96g | Carb: 204.14g.   Breakfast:  Cheddar Cheese , Coffee, Fat Free italian Sweet Creme Liquid, Mild Picante Sauce, Real Eggs, smart balance cooking spray. Lunch:  Feta Cheese, Pesto Sauce, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Tomatoes, torta roll. Dinner:  Loaded Baked Potato, Panko Breaded Tilapia Fillets. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Special Dark Chocolate Miniatures.
