Fat: 26.13g | Prot: 33.58g | Carb: 271.94g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Dried Chia Seeds, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Navels Oranges. Lunch:  Baby Spinach, Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Soup, Spicy Black Bean Soup. Dinner:  White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Date, Dry Roasted Pistachio Nuts (with Salt Added).
