Fat: 99.82g | Prot: 85.35g | Carb: 290.56g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Cantaloupe Melons, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Pineapple. Lunch:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), Pork Spareribs, Puerto Rican Style Ripe Plantain Meat Pie (Pinon), Tomato and Cucumber Salad with Oil and Vinegar. Dinner:  Puerto Rican Style White Bean Soup (Sopon De Habichuelas Blancas), White Rice.
