Fat: 80.94g | Prot: 88.30g | Carb: 355.17g.   Breakfast:  Minis Chocolate Chip, Skimmed Milk, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  rice, chicken curry. Dinner:  rice, beef, olive oil, yoghurt. Snacks/Other:  biscuit, date, multigrain chips, granola apple nature valley, banana, Chewy Granola Bars - Chocolate Chunk, popcorn jolly.
