Fat: 48.09g | Prot: 65.00g | Carb: 130.30g.   Breakfast:  Turkey Bacon, Lite Syrup, Nutri-Grain Low Fat Waffles. Lunch:  Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Light Italian Herb Flatbread, Light Mayonnaise, 25% Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese. Dinner:  Turkey Chili with Beans, Wheat Bread (Reduced Calorie), Lowfat Beef Bologna. Snacks/Other:  Potato Chips, Organic Reduced Guilt White Corn Tortilla Chips.
