Fat: 83.25g | Prot: 88.78g | Carb: 134.08g.   Lunch:  Dried Cranberries, Roasted Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels (Without Salt), Organic Spring Mix, Vinaigrette Dressing, Cheddar Style Shreds, Ortega tortilla strips, Roasted Light Turkey Meat. Dinner:  Broiled or Baked Pork Chop, White Rice, Egg. Snacks/Other:  Plain Corn Chips, Veggie Chips, SunButter, Organic Strawberry Fruit Spread, 7 Sprouted Grains Bread.
