Fat: 97.52g | Prot: 89.25g | Carb: 191.67g.   Breakfast:  Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Bloody Mary, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Ham or Bacon and Tomatoes, Plain French Toast, Vanilla Latte (Grande). Lunch:  Pizza with Meat. Dinner:  Buttered Air Popped Popcorn, Cherry Tomatoes, Garlic Bread - Five Cheese, Italian Salad Dressing, Lasagna Italiano (Family Size), Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Real Bacon Bits, Red Table Wine, Spinach.
