Fat: 97.52g | Prot: 89.25g | Carb: 191.67g.   Breakfast:  Vanilla Latte (Grande), Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Ham or Bacon and Tomatoes, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Plain French Toast, Bloody Mary. Lunch:  Pizza with Meat. Dinner:  Lasagna Italiano (Family Size), Garlic Bread - Five Cheese, Spinach, Cherry Tomatoes, Real Bacon Bits, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Red Table Wine, Italian Salad Dressing, Buttered Air Popped Popcorn.
