Fat: 70.92g | Prot: 64.95g | Carb: 173.82g.   Breakfast:  Black Beans, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg, Flour Tortilla, Hashed Brown Potatoes, Nacho Cheese, Sugar. Lunch:  Greek Salad, Wild Cherry Pepsi. Dinner:  Bread Stick, Cheese and Spinach Filled Ravioli with Cream Sauce, Red Table Wine.
