Fat: 89.10g | Prot: 74.05g | Carb: 352.85g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cranberry Juice, Dried Cherries, Joghurt 0.1% fat, Müsli, Reduced Fat Milk. Lunch:  Apples, Bananas, Chicory, Ciabatta, Cooked Lentils, Filetti di Aringhe Affumicate, Süße Chili-Sauce. Dinner:  Ciabatta, Couscous (Cooked), Gin and Tonic, Green Olives, Sausage Roll, Spiced Minced Chopped Ham and Pork (Canned), Sun-Dried Tomatoes (In Oil, Drained), Whole Wheat Crackers, Wine Spritzer. Snacks/Other:  Aranciata, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Dried Cherries, Erdnusscreme Crunchy, Reduced Fat Milk, Ritz Crackers, Succo Arancia Rossa, Sweet or Dark Chocolate, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread.
