Fat: 89.10g | Prot: 74.05g | Carb: 352.85g.   Breakfast:  Cranberry Juice, Müsli, Dried Cherries, Joghurt 0.1% fat, Reduced Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch:  Filetti di Aringhe Affumicate, Chicory, Süße Chili-Sauce, Apples, Ciabatta, Cooked Lentils, Bananas. Dinner:  Wine Spritzer, Gin and Tonic, Couscous (Cooked), Spiced Minced Chopped Ham and Pork (Canned), Ciabatta, Sausage Roll, Green Olives, Whole Wheat Crackers, Sun-Dried Tomatoes (In Oil, Drained). Snacks/Other:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Reduced Fat Milk, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread, Erdnusscreme Crunchy, Ritz Crackers, Succo Arancia Rossa, Dried Cherries, Sweet or Dark Chocolate, Aranciata.
