Fat: 74.74g | Prot: 149.59g | Carb: 112.39g.   Breakfast:  Butter (Salted) , Cherry Tomatoes, 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Navels Oranges , Mushrooms , Onions, Young Green Onions (Tops Only). Lunch:  Cucumber (with Peel) , Green Leaf Lettuce , Cherry Tomatoes, Classic Ranch Yogurt Dressing, Rotisserie Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), Cheddar Cheese, Gourmet Chicken Meatballs (Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Basil & Provolone). Dinner:  Atlantic Salmon, Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce, Artichokes (Globe or French). Snacks/Other:  Non-Fat Black Cherry Greek Yogurt, Egg, Blueberries, Smoked Salmon.
