Fat: 74.74g | Prot: 149.59g | Carb: 112.39g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, Butter (Salted) , Cherry Tomatoes, Mushrooms , Navels Oranges , Onions, Young Green Onions (Tops Only). Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes, Classic Ranch Yogurt Dressing, Cucumber (with Peel) , Gourmet Chicken Meatballs (Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Basil & Provolone), Green Leaf Lettuce , Rotisserie Chicken (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner:  Artichokes (Globe or French), Atlantic Salmon, Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Blueberries, Egg, Non-Fat Black Cherry Greek Yogurt, Smoked Salmon.
