Fat: 131.55g | Prot: 123.80g | Carb: 307.21g.   Breakfast:  Fleischsalat ohne Gurke, Honig, Weizen Brötchen, Extra Fit mit Buttermilch (28% Fett), Teewurst, Fein, Gekochtes Ei. Lunch:  Hühnchen-Nudelsuppe, Go Light Wiener Würstchen. Dinner:  Roggenmischbrot, Extra Fit mit Buttermilch (28% Fett), Rührei. Snacks/Other:  Rumkugel, Berliner, Milky Way Minis, Super Dickmann's.
