Fat: 77.94g | Prot: 88.11g | Carb: 313.68g.   Breakfast:  Baked Apple Instant Oatmeal, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Granulated Sugar, Oatmeal. Lunch:  Butterbread, Captain's Wafers Grilled Cheese Crackers, Singles American Cheese Slices (Kraft), Sweet and Spicy chicken breast. Dinner:  Curly Fries (Small), Mountain Dew (12 oz Can), Super Reuben Sandwich. Snacks/Other:  Draught Stout Beer, Peanut Butter Cups (Miniatures).
