Fat: 47.16g | Prot: 61.79g | Carb: 112.87g.   Breakfast:  Roti, Light Butter, Cheddar Cheese , Regular Coffee, Fruit Yogurt (Lowfat, 9g Protein Per 8oz) . Lunch:  Regular Coffee, Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat) , White Rice. Dinner:  Kung Pao Chicken, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Deep Fried Soybean Curd, Budweiser Beer, Tonic Water , Gin (90 Proof) , Black Pepper Sauce.
