Lunch:  Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Mixed Salad Greens, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Turkey. Dinner:  Pork Chops or Roasts (Sirloin, Boneless). Snacks/Other:  Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), White Icing, Whole Grain Cheerios.
