Fat: 29.15g | Prot: 80.75g | Carb: 287.15g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Müsli, Plain Yogurt (Lowfat), Reduced Fat Milk, Succo Arancia Rossa, Succo Arancia Rossa. Lunch:  3 Cereali, Baked Apple, Carrots, Chicken Breast, Cooked Celery. Dinner:  Chicory, Ciabatta, Körniger Frischkäse Light, Oranges, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Aranciata, Bananas.
