Dinner:  Beef Stew with Potatoes and Vegetables in Tomato-Based Sauce, Cabernet Sauvignon Wine, White Bread. Snacks/Other:  Margerine, Multi-grain Crispbread, Nonfat Latte Coffee, Sauvignon Blanc Wine, Smoked Salmon, Walnuts.
