Lunch: Celery, Evening Primrose Oil, Grilled Zucchini, Norwegian Cod Liver Oil, Pecan Nuts, Raisins (Seedless), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Slivered Almonds. Snacks/Other: Baked Cheeze-It Snacks.
