Fat: 50.37g | Prot: 72.59g | Carb: 207.83g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Cinnamon Vanilla Creme Liquid Coffee Creamer, Coffee, Thick Crust Pizza with Meat, Total 0% Greek Yogurt with Strawberry Goji. Dinner:  Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits. Snacks/Other:  Light Mozzarella Cheese Stick, Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce and Chicken or Turkey.
