Fat: 135.75g | Prot: 132.93g | Carb: 243.68g.   Breakfast:  Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Flour Tortilla, Hash Brown (from Frozen), Mild Cheddar Cheese Shredded, Scrambled Egg. Lunch:  Bourbon Chicken, Bread Pudding, Kitchen Sliced Green Beans, White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked). Dinner:  Frankfurter or Hot Dog with Chili and Cheese on Bun, Nachos with Chicken or Turkey and Cheese, Sweet Potato Fries. Snacks/Other:  Creamy Peanut Butter.
