Lunch:  Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Organic Low Sodium Tomato & Roasted Red Pepper Soup. Dinner:  Baby Spinach, Broiled or Baked Beef Steak, Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Maple Nut Fudge, Red Table Wine.
