Fat: 41.35g | Prot: 69.12g | Carb: 98.00g.   Breakfast:  GOLEAN Original Cereal, Blueberries , Total 0% Greek Yogurt with Raspberry. Lunch:  Organic Low Sodium Tomato & Roasted Red Pepper Soup, Grilled Cheese Sandwich. Dinner:  Baby Spinach, Broiled or Baked Beef Steak, Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Red Table Wine, Maple Nut Fudge.
