Fat: 50.34g | Prot: 48.30g | Carb: 164.12g.   Breakfast:  all natural yogurt, Cinnamon, Kelloggs original cereal, smarties. Lunch:  Balsamic vinegar, Canned beets, canned chicken breast, Cottage cheese, fat free croutons, kidney beans, pine nuts, romaine lettuce. Dinner:  butter, ice lettuce, peanut butter, smoked salmon, strawberry jam, watermelon, white bread , whole wheat bread. Snacks/Other:  chocolate chip muffin, chocolate covered oreo, Macaroon, rice krispie .
