Fat: 50.34g | Prot: 48.30g | Carb: 164.12g.   Breakfast:  all natural yogurt, Kelloggs original cereal, Cinnamon, smarties. Lunch:  canned chicken breast, Cottage cheese, Canned beets, kidney beans, romaine lettuce, fat free croutons, Balsamic vinegar, pine nuts. Dinner:  whole wheat bread, watermelon, butter, white bread , peanut butter, strawberry jam, smoked salmon, ice lettuce. Snacks/Other:  chocolate covered oreo, rice krispie , chocolate chip muffin, Macaroon.
